Delivery takes 2–4 weeks. Most of our products are sent directly from our manufacturing partners overseas, which keeps prices low but means delivery is slower than from a UK warehouse. We’d rather tell you that up front.
How it works
- You place your order and we confirm it by email.
- We pass it to the manufacturer within 1–3 working days.
- Your parcel is dispatched, usually within a week, and we email you a tracking number.
- It arrives 2–4 weeks after you ordered.

UK delivery costs £4.99 per order. The delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay.

Orders with more than one item
Items can come from different manufacturers, so they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You’ll get a tracking number for each.
If your order hasn’t arrived
If it’s been more than 4 weeks since you ordered, email us at myfurbabytech@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll trace it. If it’s lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See our Returns & refunds page.
