What we collect

Who we share it with
Only what each needs to do its job:
- Manufacturers and suppliers — your name, delivery address and phone number, so they can send your order. Some are outside the UK, including in China.
- Payment providers — PayPal (which also handles card, Google Pay and Apple Pay payments) and Amazon Pay, to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Delivery companies — to deliver and track your parcel.
- Website services — our web host, WordPress/WooCommerce, and email provider.
We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
When information goes outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards the recipient provides, such as UK-approved contract clauses, or the transfer being necessary to deliver your order.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 6 years, for tax and accounting.
- Account details: until you delete your account.
- Customer emails: up to 2 years after your last order.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the basket and checkout, and to remember where your visit came from. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or move your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email myfurbabytech@gmail.com; we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
